What is CIT & how much is it?
CIT Refers to “Cash In Transit” Our collection services include secure cash collection, valuables transportation and change supply or return. Aside from convenience and peace of mind, this service also minimises the risk to your staff, providing a degree of separation, training and accountability to the transport process. All consignments are covered under our extensive insurance policy, so you can rest assured your funds are 100% protected.
What is a Mobile Patrol & how much does it cost?
For the duration of their allocated shift, mobile patrol officers drive between sites performing comprehensive checks at businesses, construction sites, commercial premises, hospitals, schools, private residences, and residential complexes. The mobile patrol team responds to alarm activations, hold-up alarms and noise complaints, as well as requests from authorised persons to Issue move on requests, along with a number of other scenarios on a call-out basis. The security officer can also provide out of hours access to staff or contractors when the key holder is not available.
Are your Security Officers in uniform?
Yes. We offer a professional, easily identifiable Security uniforms that are unique and suited for the different tasks within the Security Industry. Within our uniforms, we cover all PPE that is required under the different contracts.
What does a Security “Static” Guard do & how much does it cost?
We supply Security guards for all types of situations, whether it be for loss prevention in a retail environment, to welfare checks and escorts for staff on sites, preventing unauthorised individuals to premises, property guarding after a break and enter and more. Static guards provide assurance that the physical security and access controls at your premises are closely monitored and managed in accordance with your operational needs. Our vigilant guards are trained to provide concierge and gatehouse duties.
How do you price your services?
There are a variety of factors that go into the cost of service. For example, the number of hours, location, specific duty requirements and other contributions as well. We would be happy to meet with you and discuss what your specific needs are.
Do the Security Guards keep daily reports?
Depending on management needs, daily security reports can be provided for each shift. Incident reports will be provided if an incident occurs or a potential hazard is witnessed that has the means to cause an incident. This would consist of any criminal activity, any property loss or damage, any falls or injuries occurring on the property.
Are your Security guards licenced and fully trained?
Yes. All employees have extensive training on their Security provider functions. They are all licenced under Security Provider Class 1 and we ensure they maintain their licence along with their current First Aid and RSA.
Do you supply your own equipment?
Yes. We supply all guards with the required equipment and PPE to fulfill their required duties onsite. Equipment may include: Communications equipment, radios, surveillance equipment and anti-spyware detection devices.
